Protect patient profiles

Create a 4 to 8 digit local access PIN before storing longitudinal clinical history. This PIN controls app access; records are separately encrypted with the device key.

Do not reuse a personal banking or device PIN. A forgotten PIN cannot be recovered in this offline pilot.
